Hollywood Actor and Comedian, Kevin Hart, has reportedly been involved in a ghastly motor accident that has left him and two other people critically injured.

The accident occurred in the early hours of Sunday in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, an electric vehicle he had purchased to celebrate his 40th birthday.

According to reports, the vehicle crashed through a wooden fence, and plunged down a gully at around 1:00am after Jared Black, Hart’s friend lost control of the vehicle.

The driver was airlifted across town to UCLA Medical Center.

Police says the driver and Kevin suffered “major back injuries,” adding that the female passenger did not require any treatment.

According to them, the driver was not under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash but had similarly sustained back injuries while Hart’s personal trainer, a 31-year-old woman, escape the crash unhurt.

“Black was turning when he immediately lost control of the vehicle, and the Plymouth left the road and rolled over down the northern embankment. Two of the three occupants were trapped in the vehicle. The remaining occupant and owner of the vehicle left the scene to get medical attention,” they were quoted to have said.

Station Magazine recalls that Kevin Hart was recently named as the highest paid comedian in the world
