Liverpool Beat Chelsea On Penalty Kick To Lift UEFA Cup

Liverpool Football club got the better of the night against their keen rival Chelsea during their encounter during the UEFA Cup 2019 final match.

The red won the blue 5-4 in a dramatic penalty kick after a 2-2 draw, making it the fourth time the club is winning the cup.

With Sadio Mane and Olivier Giroud scoring two goals each for their team during the normal time of the encounter.

Jorginho converted a penalty kick to a goal later on and the game ended 2 – 2 after 120 minutes.

This win comes just two months after Jurgen Klopp won his first trophy as Liverpool boss when he led the Reds to a 2-0 win over Tottenham in the Champions League final.

Station Magazine understands that this is the second loss for Chelsea since Frank Lampard took over as manager of the London club.
