Tribunal To Hear Atiku’s Case Against Buhari’s February 23rd Victory Today

The Tribunal hearing the case of the candidate of the People Democratic Party in the just concluded Presidential Election, Atiku Abubakar against the emergence of President Muhammadu Buhari will be seating to starting hearing the case.

The five-man tribunal, which is headed by Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa, the President of the Appeal court, will begin hearing the case by 9 am today.

A member of the legal team of the former vice president, Mike Ozekhome (SAN) confirmed that the tribunal will be seating on Wednesday to newsmen in Abuja.

Station Magazine recalls that Atiku Abubakar, through his legal team summited a 139 pages petition against the declaration of President Muhammadu Buhari as the winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of the February 23rd Presidential Election

Atiku claimed he won the election by 1.6 million votes as originally shown on INEC’s servers.
