Reports reaching us indicate that former Zimbabwean President, Robert Mugabe has passed on. He died at age 95.
ZimLive reports that sources in touch with the family of the leader confirmed the news.
Mugabe had been sick for a while, and doctors had discontinued treatment, according to the country’s current president, Emmerson Mnangagwa.
You will recall that the leader of the southern African country was removed from power through a military coup after 38 years in office.
Mugabe has been undergoing treatment in Singapore since April, where he is being treated for an undisclosed ailment.
