Nigerian-born New Zealand professional mixed martial artist and holder of the UFC Interim Middleweight Belt, Isreal Adesanya, visited Nigerian last week.
The Ogun State-born fighter paid a courtesy visit to the governor of his home state, Senator Ibikunle Amosun. He assured the governor of his readiness to impact the lives of young people in the country in the area of sport.
Adesanya, an indigene of Odogbolu in Ogun State, remains unbeaten the UFC with 17 wins, 13 of which are via knockout.

Adesanya, who is an alumnus of Chrisland school, paid the staff and students of his alma mater a visit. There he spoke to students and encouraged them to be the best in whatsoever profession they are interested in.
Born In Nigeria, The UFC interim champion, alongside his parents relocated to he moved to Rotorua, New Zealand and attended Rotorua Boys’ High School.
