Staff Writer, responsible for original writing covering pop culture, current affairs, history, human interest, brands, lifestyle, business, music, and film. In charge of writing content for clients, for owned platforms, for special publications, and for projects.
Chief Customer Officer
Responsible for ensuring our customers – whether business or consumer – get the best possible experience without fail. Responsible for quality control, for customer service, and for developing relationships that can transform our company.
Chief Technology Officer
Chief Technology/Technical Officer, responsible for conceptualizing and implementing the technology initiatives that will drive the company to growth and profitability. Will lead a team of ICT experts that will advise the business, build products and tools, and create the best possible experiences for clients and consumers.
Responsible for sourcing and adapting the most impactful stories around the world, relevant to our audiences and customers, and presenting them in fresh ways to ensure ownership and audience engagement.
Creative AV Editor
Responsible for editing videos, in line with agreed storytelling patterns. Will work for owned platforms, for client projects, and for other company initiatives.
Responsible for graphic designs for the company’s owned platforms and brands, for web and social media content, for client projects, and for events. In charge of using images and stylish designs to bring our brands, content, projects and communication to life.
Head of Sales
Responsible for growth hacking, using conventional and innovative means. In charge of driving sales on the B2B end, as well as B2C. Will work with internal and external agents to ensure impactful inbound and outbound activities both offline (call centre, etc) and online (SEO, SMO, etc).
To understudy, learn from and offer support services to the following teams: Content, Social, Design and Marketing.
Responsible for buying media online and offline. In charge of all digital promotions, including social and web. Also in charge of non-digital channels, such as radio, and TV.
Responsible for owned and third-party products from concept to roll out. Manages the process of specing, branding, designing, building, testing, and roll out; in line with the approved business goals.
Social Community Manager
Responsible for executing approved social media tactics; for monetizing the company’s social media accounts; for growing followership and engagement, and for the production and publishing of creative and exciting content, as well as the day-to-day management of company’s social media audience and communities.
Responsible for all editorial activities and endeavours of the business. Sits as chief manager of owned media platforms, supervising editors, contributors, and reporters, while also advising the business on editorial initiatives for our clients, and consumer products.
